What do you love most about Ross on Wye? It is easy to get to, the town offers a wealth of little shops that are independent, lots of coffee shops to sit outside and watch the world go by. But it still holds a traditional market each week. People love living here as it sits in such a beautiful county of Herefordshire.

What got you into property? I chose as my career path having studied law and business studies some 20 plus years ago, and couldn’t imagine loving anything more.

What is the advantage of using Bidmead Cook? We are a large independent and due to the nearness of our offices it allows us to provide the clients with a wide audience and assist them with sales and purchases. We also look to lead in the market place with visual film and not just photographs of our properties maximizing the properties interest on all leading websites. 

What’s your favourite property TV programme? DIY SOS Build  - to see a community come together helping someone less fortunate have a beautiful home. Always a happy ending.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? By the sea as I love water ideally in a warmer climate but not too hot.

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? I cannot say as some days there are too many!

What is your second love, next to property of course? Spending time with my family and eating good food.

What do you love most about Ross-on-Wye? We have two Jack Russells, so it has to be the river walks; there are so many to choose from, even leading up into the forest.

What got you into property? Seven years ago I interviewed several local estate agents to sell my house, Mark came from Bidmead Cook and ended up offering me a job!

What’s your favourite property TV programme? A Place in the Country.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Miami, I’ve been many times and have friends out there.

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? Today it’s nuts, but usually it’s anything unhealthy.

What is your second love, next to property of course? Of course it’s my family and friends.

What do you love most about Ross-on-Wye? Aside from the beautiful countryside, Ross-on-Wye has good access to a few major cities, including Cardiff, Bristol and Cheltenham.

What got you into property? I’ve always loved property and have renovated two properties with my partner.

What’s your favourite property TV programme? A Place in the Sun.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Somewhere warm where I can feel the warmth in my bones, with a pool to cool off in.

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? A banana, I’m a fruity person!

What is your second love, next to property of course? My family, food, wine and travel – in that order!

What do you love most about Ross-on-Wye? I love the countryside walks; coming from a big family it’s something we’ve always enjoyed doing together, sometimes there are up to twenty of us!

What got you into property? I have always had an interest in property, but my passion came when I helped my father renovate a house. I’ve now been working at Bidmead Cook for eighteen months.

What is the advantage of using Bidmead Cook? I’d have to say the dedicated staff, it’s infectious!

What’s your favourite property TV programme? A Place in the Sun: Home or Away.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Pembrookshire, we take family holidays there every year, I have great memories there.

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? It has to be Double Deckers, and nothing else.

What is your second love, next to property of course? As a family man it has to be my partner and two daughters, aged nice and eight months. I even delivered my second daughter myself, so if it doesn’t work out in property…

What do you love most about Ross-on-Wye? I love the ‘olde worlde’ feel and lovely walks - we’re big walkers. Our favourite trail is through Chase Woods, and the Around the Town and Country trail.

What got you into property? I have been working in the building society part of the branch for fourteen months as a cashier, during quiet periods I help the team.

What is the advantage of using Bidmead Cook? I think vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords appreciate our honesty and trust.

What’s your favourite property TV programme? Homes Under the Hammer.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? My husband and I lived in Abu Dhabi for three years, so we’d love to go back there.

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? I’m afraid my snacks never get as far as the drawer!

What is your second love, next to property of course? Aside from my family I have a passion for travel and adventure, for my 50th we’re planning a trip to India.
